Atmosphere began its partnership with Marriott in early 2011 to build a digital hub for Marriott’s newest brand, a well-edited ensemble of boldly original independent hotels called the Autograph Collection. Launched in early 2010 with 14 U.S. hotels and dramatic expansion plans for Europe and Latin America, our charge was to develop a website that celebrates the brand’s eclecticism and caters to the inquisitive nature of the discerning traveler by offering content and functionality beyond basic hotel information.
In late 2011, Atmosphere expanded its relationship with Marriott through an engagement with the company’ e-commerce team. Work is currently underway on a communications platform for Marriott.com that encompasses all 18 Marriott brands, speaks to both business and leisure travelers and utilizes paid, owned and earned media.
