The global market leader of the international express and logistics industry, DHL works with Atmosphere on strategic and creative development of domestic U.S. initiatives, as well as collaborating with Atmosphere and Proximity Worldwide on global brand efforts.
Beginning in 2010, we engaged with DHL and our network to roll out a global campaign entitled “No One Knows” to promote DHL’s International Express services. The campaign included multiple touch points across above the line and below the line both online and offline, as well as serving as a launch for DHL’s time-sensitive products in the U.S. market. A critical focal point for the business, the communications marked DHL’s re-emergence in the American market and was important for re-establishing the brand in the U.S.
For DHL USA, we have recently embarked on a comprehensive strategic analysis and overhaul of their entire CRM program, with key relationship marketing tactics and a robust digital onboarding experience being put into market in the third quarter of 2011, with expansion to other regional DHL markets to follow.
